    I feel like I have to wonder how reliable this survey is. It didn’t test these people to confirm that they’re toking up every day.

    I remember surveys on sexual activity from high school and college that had some questionable data in them. From my experience, some/many people are not honest about stuff like this, because they don’t take the survey seriously. They think it’s an opportunity to posture, or that it’s just a lark. If it was a clinical study where these people were tested for drugs, I’d take it more seriously myself.

    I agree, definitely with the posturing aspect. It is what it is. What concerns me is many believe they are better drivers when they’re stoned. That has been an issue with several court cases where the jury has believed the defendants over the prosecution. I suppose it’s not really jury nullifcation but it’s getting close. Not that I have a problem with that.
