The city has underestimated the costs of basic infrastructure maintenance. Why should this situation be any different?

The municipalization effort would be laughable, at least to me, if the City wasn’t busy trying to take approximately 5,000 county residents, with no vote, along for the ride. No, I’m not in danger of immediate annexation.
