That would be the residents of Eldora and Allenspark. They can elect not to work with the county and have new construction house size limited to 1500 square feet, or work with the county.
I suggest that residents of Eldora and Allenspark vote for replacement County Commissioners. There is an opportunity to do just that only a few months away. Furthermore, it would be nice if the rest of Boulder County would join them.
Of course, not only will the rest of Boulder County not join them, but I’d wager the residents of Allenspark and Eldora will vote in the same commissioners who did this to them.
As the commentor said, talk about stealing your property rights. Unfortunately that’s business as usual for the County Commissars.
