Liberal death threats

Tell the truth and they call it lies. Make your point nonviolently and they threaten you. It’s like clockwork.

Read about it here.

If you haven’t heard about the death threats, you can blame the legacy/main stream media.

Shame: Ignoring Death Threats to Wisconsin Politicians Is Media Bias

Three questions for you.

1.Do you think of Republicans and the Tea Party as dangerous, violent extremists?

2.Do you think the Wisconsin protests over GOP Governor Scott Walker’s move to strip public sector employees of collective bargaining were peaceful?

3.Do you scoff at the right wing notion that mainstream media like the New York Times, the TV networks and NPR have a liberal media bias against the conservatives?

If you answered ‘yes’ to all three of those questions, then let me ask you one more…

Why isn’t the mainstream media talking about the death threats against Republican politicians in Wisconsin?

Inquiring minds want to know.

CBO Estimates vs. White House

According to CBO estimates, the White House budget estimates are “only” off by

$2,300,000,000

over the next 10 years.

Can’t wait to hear about this in the Daily Camera.  Are CBO estimate ignored if they don’t meet the narrative?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

More on Thuggary

Hey.

Not only should the local and national media be amplifying their coverage of this ongoing scandal because of the bar they themselves set with the Tea Party for what rises to the level of of racism, “predominantly white” protesters and troubling behavior — but in the wake of the tragic shootings in Tuscon you would think direct threats on elected officials would rate a little outrage. Well, obviously not when those threats come from the Left.

Follow the link for many examples.

Social Security lockbox

Hey it’s empty.  The Daily Camera runs Krauthammer’s column from time to time, it will be interesting to see if they pick this one up.

If Lew’s claim were just wrong, that would be one thing. But it provides the intellectual justification for precisely the kind of debt denial and entitlement complacency that his boss is now engaged in. Therefore, once more unto the breach.

After all, it’s only Boulder progressives and their ilk that can believe the “lock box is full” malarky.

So this is what democracy looks like?

See for yourself and you decide.

And the mainstream media — which was so quick to characterize the peaceful Tea Party movement as a dangerous collection of radicals bent on inciting violence — needs to break their disgraceful silence and report on the true Madison madness.

I’m not going to play “Mr. Blue” on this one by holding my breath.

Leadership

Unbelievable.

Two decades from now, I’m willing to take a look at it, but I’m not willing to take a look at it right now,” he told MSNBC. “It is not in crisis at this stage. Leave Social Security alone. We have a lot of other places we can look that is in crisis. But Social Security is not.”

The Country is in the best of hands.  NOT

The trip home: The tale of two Cyclists

Probably 7:15.  Not dark but close to it.  I was driving from Longmont to home.

Cyclist #1 heading towards Longmont on Nelson Rd East of Hwy 36.  Has a front light, a “forehead light” and a flashing rear light.

Cyclist #2 on Nelson Road heading towards Hwy 36, in fact basically at the Stop sign at Nelson and Hwy 36.  No active lighting.  A rear and possibly front reflector.

Cyclist #1:  THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Cyclist #2:  YOU ARE A STOOPID MORON.

Unfortunately as the weather gets warmer and the days get longer the evening MORON cyclists will vastly outnumber the cyclists with common sense.

Obama: Can you spell “Out of Touch”?

Apparently not.

Taken individually — like Mrs. Obama notoriously wearing $600 tennis shoes to a food bank event — these acts can seem like minor gaffes. Everyone expects a president to relax or exercise or stage elegant parties. But in the broader context of events nowadays, such a blatant pattern of persistent insensitivity comes across as, at best, just plain stupid, or possibly, brazenly indifferent. We’re here and you’re not.

(emphasis added – Ed).  I suggest reading the whole thing.

Democrats: Federal budget rope-a-dope

What a surprise. No worry that the Daily Camera won’t be complicit in playing their role as a member of the legacy media…

Meanwhile, Senate Democratic leaders are attacking GOP spending cuts as “mean-spirited, reckless and irresponsible,” confident that most journalists will simply repeat their charges without lifting a finger to test their validity.

HCAC is all about Single Payer.

HCAC is Healthcare for All Colorado.

In a recent guest editorial by Carol Seideman in the Boulder Daily Camera she makes the claim that their healthcare bill, Colorado. Senate Bill 168, is not Single Payer. Perhaps the bill is technically not Single Payer, I don’t really know. But their goal is beyond question. From the Description on the HCAC Facebook page:

Health Care for All Colorado (HCAC) is a Colorado volunteer-based, nonprofit organization, working for universal health care utilizing single-payer (improved Medicare for All) financing for all people in Colorado.

Why does this group need to hide their agenda, especially when they do such a pathetic job of it?
