With politician’s if “control” isn’t the first motivation it’s always a close 2nd to the $$’s. With progrssive politicians from the Boulder area “control” beats $$’s a vast majority of the time. Of course, when their running out of money to actually enforce the control…. well that’s a problem. I say, “Bring on more problems”.
