Makes me happy “it won’t help,” a full derailing would be nice. The article also mentioned Obama’s aggressive use of executive powers that presumably would make it easier for Trump to dismantle US participation in whatever agreements are reached.

There is no time frame mentioned in the article and a little web searching encountered the above phrase once again with no time frame. I did see that the baseline temperature is based on “pre-industrial” levels.
