Boulder to re-examine spending on homeless, step up downtown enforcement – Boulder Daily Camera.
Boulder officials will take a close look at their spending on services for the homeless to make sure they aren’t inadvertently creating incentives for “transients,” a term City Council members used to distinguish people who are traveling or homeless by choice from community members who have fallen on hard times and want help to improve their situation.
There were no inadvertent incentives. These are either deliberant incentives, or were created by people too stoopid to be in public office, or created by the psuedo intellectual elite in Boulder who believe government is an answer for everything. Pick your poison.
