You really can’t make this stuff up. How long will it take the minions to realize that the returns in improved services the government will supposedly provide from analyzing this information are NOT worth the $90, loss of privacy and potential misuse of this information?

It depends. If you believe that government has all the answers I suppose never, or at least until you change your mind.
