I’m using Windows 7 and auto update installed IE 10 this morning. DO NOT DO THIS. STAY AWAY. On may sites all the text is in bold, it is very distracting. It also deleted all my cookies so sites that had my passwords saved are messed up, etc.
It appears that reverting back to IE 9 is not that difficult so I will do that this evening and report back. Needless to say, I’m turning off auto update. I really don’t have time for this BS.
