Oh well, looks like James Ernst has worked out a plea deal with the Boulder County DA’s office.
James Ernst negotiated a deal with Boulder County prosecutors to plead guilty to two counts of harassment and two counts of improper use of a horn, but Boulder County Judge Noel Blum said he would not accept the deal.
The plea deal has been initially rejected as the victims were not notified. Inquiring minds want to know how justice can be servied without notifying the victims. All that said, I suspect the deal will go through. That’s sort of a bummer as I was going to be in the court room for this case!
