   Good catch! I was unaware.

   That said, this is the lowest of low hanging fruit. Pretty much everybody now agrees that ethanol did the exact opposite of everything it was originally alleged to do (sound familiar?):

   So, getting rid of these subsidies was not exactly an act of political courage. Still, I'll celebrate the victory.
