-Component 2A (Judicial Independence) fell from 8.02 to 6.62.
-Component 2B (Impartial Courst) fell from 9.02 to 5.70.
-Component 2C (Property Rights) fell from 9.10 to 6.83.

Somehow I doubt that’s a concern to either the Boulder County Commissioners or the Boulder City Council. Oh and let’s not leave out good old Judge James Klein, he certainly did his share to erode property rights in the local area. Both hands clapping (> for stoopid Judge Klein.
