Government employess and contractors instructed not to read documents leaked WikiLeaks.
I would like to note that even if a Government employee has the appropriate security clearance, they are still required to “have a need to know” before they are allowed access to secure documents.
It will be interesting to see how this will play out but this action by the OMB is pure bureacratic idiocy.
