Toor, Pearlman and Domenico for commissioners
The Boulder is a Stoopid Place oracle was correct. I only wish it took some actual brain power to predict the Daily Camera’s endorsements. They make the claim…
A summer survey in the county showed that almost three-fourths of voters are “somewhat” or “very” satisfied with county government. For all of the criticism our elected officials receive, that high approval rating is not at all at odds with what we find when talking with our neighbors around the county.
It will be interesting to see what percentage the Republicans and Libertarians capture of the total County Commissioner vote.
Also, it’s obvious that the Daily Camera editorial staff doesn’t consider that a significant challenge to the power troika exists, or they would have made this endorsement much sooner before more than 20% of the electorate had already voted.
Of the record 217,417 people registered to vote in Boulder County this year, about 24 percent had cast ballots by Friday night.
