This illustrates the thought process of Boulder liberals. Last night, during Sarah Palin’s speech we received a phone call from work acquaintances. They are politically knowledgeable and have strong political (liberal) beliefs, but aren’t active in everyday Boulder politics. In other words, your typical Boulder liberal.
Would we have considered calling them when Biden or Obama were speaking during the Democratic convention? Absolutely not.
Yet they called us while Sarah Palin was speaking. It wasn’t out of malice or forethought. It’s simply the typical Boulder liberal mindset that creates an environment where it doesn’t even occur to them that there are Republicans or at the very least free thinkers that aren’t at least in a different area code.
