Boulder vagrants are busy harrassing movie-goers at Boulder’s outdoor cinema.
Perhaps the local citizenry should re-examine their philosophy of encouraging these temporary citizens to “hang out” in Boulder?
Transients have been trying to annoy the crowd at the 9 p.m. shows on Friday and Saturday nights, Riepe said.
“They wander in front of the screen and lay down by people and be loud and obnoxious,” Riepe said. “People worry about their safety.”
I predict it won’t be long until law abiding citizens discover that vagrants/transients have more rights than they do.
