Dell is not my favorite computer company. However, they are offering Windows XP again, that’s almost enough to make me change my mind. I hope other companies do the same.
Another irritating factor in buying a new PC is all the junk software that comes with it. After more than two years, I still get occasional pop-ups for Spyware software on my HP computer.
