New Policy Cancellations in Colorado

Gardner Comments On Thousands of New Policy Cancellations | Cory Gardner for Senate.

In a letter to the Colorado Senate Republicans today, the Colorado Division of Insurance announced that an additional 18,783 Coloradans have had their health insurance policy cancelled in the last month due to ObamaCare and 192,942 Coloradans will have their policies cancelled next year.

The total number of policies cancelled in Colorado will exceed 550,000 once ObamaCare has been fully implemented in Colorado.

“Coloradans continue to pay the price for Senator Udall’s broken promise,” said Cory Gardner. “It’s unfortunate Senator Udall has been so eager to please President Obama that he has forgotten thousands of Coloradans across our state. Colorado deserves a Senator who will put Colorado first and partisan politics last.”

Senator Udall promised Coloradans that if they liked their health care plan, they would be able to keep it under ObamaCare.

Yes he did, and to refresh your memory this is what he said:

“If you have an insurance policy you like, doctor or medical facility that provides medical services to you, you’ll be able to keep that doctor or that insurance policy.”

That was a lie, and anyone who did even a little footwork knew that at the time.
